Loosie

I was responsible for the picture edit of the film, shaping the story’s visual rhythm and emotional pacing through careful shot selection and timing. The film was designed to mimic the style of a vintage advertisement, which heavily influenced my creative decisions across post-production. I incorporated quick, stylized cuts and embraced a slightly exaggerated pacing to echo the charm and tone of mid-20th-century commercial editing. In post sound, I contributed to the design and final mix, using period-appropriate sound textures and transitions to enhance the retro feel. For the coloring, I added film grain and overstated contrast to give the footage an aged, analog quality that supported the aesthetic. I also created the title card and on-screen graphics to resemble the typography and layout style of classic print ads and TV commercials.
